This role offers leadership opportunities, mentorship responsibilities, and the chance to manage high-profile MDOT projects while driving profitability and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage transportation projects from concept through construction documents. Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring profitability. Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and technicians. Maintain and grow client relationships; identify new business opportunities.
