CDL A Local Delivery Driver - Harriman, NY

Driver Position

Driver walk-in interviews accepted every Friday in July on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st from 11AM - 2PM at 15 Commerce Drive South, Harriman, NY. $10,000 sign-on bonus - Class A only with one year of verifiable Class A driving experience. Weekly pay. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, OT, holidays. Schedule: Average 10-12 hour shifts. Local delivery home daily. Roughly 4-5 stops. Two off days (tries to be consecutive). Must be comfortable delivering throughout the five boroughs. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and climb. Benefits from day one - medical, dental, and vision. Position Responsibilities:

• The CDL Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
• This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
• The CDL Driver will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• You will also pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with one plus years of Class A commercial driving experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
