Pay attention to the details of your shop Respect visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness Ensure back-office management and compliance with processes (inventory, deliveries, restocking, stock, etc.) Participate in administrative tasks with the head office (recruitment, HR, cashier, banking, etc.) 3. Learn and transmit with enthusiasm Train and develop the skills of your team Convey the brand's values and DNA Continuously develop your product knowledge 4.
