About the Position

• Provide critical care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition using advanced equipment and protocols
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and care for central lines, arterial lines, and drains
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document accurately and timely using EPIC or facility-specific EHR system
• Educate and support patients and families during critical care situations

Requirements

• 2+ years of ICU RN experience
• Active Michigan RN license (LARA + Nursys verification required)
• Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only)
