This is a unique chance to use your skills and expertise to support a critical transition while working night shifts in a long-term care setting. Your proficiency in EPIC and Cerner will be invaluable as you help ensure a smooth and successful conversion process.

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience within the last 12 months
• Cerner experience required
• California CNA license required
• BLS certification required
