Culinary Assistant

Job Overview We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community in Bunrsville, MN. This nutrition services schedule includes: Casual/On-call schedule Day/Evening shift Weekends as needed Location Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 apartments. We have a well‑established community with warm residents and a dedicated and seasoned staff. Responsibilities Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service Sanitizes equipment, work areas, and maintains supplies Assists with meal prep and special events Provides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floors Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately Qualifications No previous experience required, but prior work experience in a customer service setting preferred Excellent customer service skills; teamwork and positive demeanor required Desire to work with seniors Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff Benefits Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, paid time off, sick and safe time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
