Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Proven experience delivering direct therapy services in school environments
• Solid understanding of speech and language assessment tools and interventions
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students, adjusting strategies to meet diverse needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document detailed results
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student success
• Maintain thorough records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with policies and timelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case conferences as needed
