Client Care Coordinator

Serenium Therapy & Wellness is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated front desk associate to provide in person support for our NJ residents at one of our locations. As a part of the Front Desk team at Serenium, you will help our clients feel a sense of serenity and balance while speaking with them on the phone or in person. You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our mental health office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office setting and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Key Job Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Collect necessary insurance and demographic information Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member Maintain patient records and complete medical records request Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns Assist with billing tasks as required Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow About the Team: Serenium [suh-ren-ee-uhm] is a brand focused on therapy and wellness where serenity and calmness meets balance and equilibrium. With both in-person and virtual sessions available across New Jersey, we ensure clients receive high-quality, long-term support in a way that works best for them.
