R & J Broadcasting, Inc. is looking for a high-energy, take-charge personality to lead our multi-station cluster in Fosston, MN while hosting a live, local morning show that people actually want to tune into.

After 36 years of dedicated service , a cornerstone, Hall of Fame voice in our community is retiring—creating a rare opportunity for someone new to step in, bring fresh energy, and carry the legacy forward.

What You’ll Do

Own the Morning Show

• Host/Co-Host a live weekday morning show that’s fun, local, and engaging
• Bring energy, personality, and creativity to every break
• Deliver news, weather, interviews, and community updates that matter
• Build a strong digital presence with social media and web content

⚙️ Multi-Station Operations

• Be part of Management team to run operations of four station group in market
• Manage programming, logs, and scheduling across the cluster
• Coordinate with traffic and production to keep everything on track
• Ensure broadcast quality and FCC compliance
• Be the go-to problem solver when things need to get done

Be the Face of the Station

• Get out in the community—events, remotes, and local partnerships
• Build relationships with businesses, organizations, and listeners
• Tell the stories that make your town unique
• Engage with Local & Regional Audience

• The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter mentality—you don’t wait, you make things happen
• Basic knowledge of radio operations and production (we’ll help you grow)
