- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and food-safety standards.
- Follow portion, quality, and presentation guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
- Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
- Stock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties.
- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with customers and team members.
