Evening Houseperson/Driver

Evening HousepersonThe primary responsibilities of Evening Houseperson is maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, supporting the housekeeping team, setting up/breaking down meeting space and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role combines physical labor, attention to detail, and guest interaction. This position also will also support our guests and hotel with driving our 14 passenger shuttle daily within a 3-5 mile radius.Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property on weekends/specific hours. Other means of transportation will be required for this position when scheduled those days.Position Details:Employment Type: Full-time (40 Hours/week- 5 days)Scheduled Hours: Shifts will vary 4pm-12am weekdays and 5/6pm to 1/2am Friday and Saturday nights when contracted wedding shuttles/after partiesPay Rate: $17-$19 per hourRequirements: Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 5 years.Benefits:Insurance (health, dental, vision, etc.)Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays)401K retirement planDailyPay: Access your earned wages when neededSpecial team member hotel rates for travel enthusiastsResponsibilities:Cleaning lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other public areas, emptying trashAssisting housekeeping staff with laundry and room cleaningCompleting inventory of supplies and breaking down deliveriesResponding to guest requests promptlySet up, break down and refresh meeting rooms per BEOsReliable and safe transportation for our guests to and from within a 3-5 mile radius along with necessary ordersRequirements:Ability to lift up to 40-60 poundsAttention to detail and excellent time management skillsPrevious experience in a similar role preferred but not requiredFlexible schedule as the hotel operates 24/7Note: Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs.
