If you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spacesAssist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-beingProvide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errandsDocument and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors promptlyRequirements:Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience preferredGenuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clientsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and reference verificationStrong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanorCPR/First Aid certification is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededAbout Us:ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
