Global I&C produces complex, electro-mechanical instrumentation systems used in commercial nuclear industry for customers worldwide.What your day-to-day looks like:Recommend and develop build sequences for variety of Safety and Non-Safety Nuclear I&C systemsWork effectively with I&C hardware design teams to resolve design issues on the production floorAnalyze nonconformances and provide instructions to technicians for rework & repairParticipate in weekly production meetings with planning, project engineering and project managementCollaborate with project team, shop technicians, QC, QA, supply chain, and planning when issues arise to drive solutions in safetyWork with Production Planning and shop Technicians in development of production order operationsWhat we'd like to see from you:Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferredOr 60 credits in an engineering or technical discipline, plus 1 - 2 years of experience or commensurate experience in manufacturing processAn understanding of commercial nuclear industry or other regulated industryStrong computer skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOur Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
