Tax Manager

Tax Manager (Job ID: 34369) Compensation: Up to $120,000. We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Tax Manager to join our client team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in individual, partnership, and S corporation taxation, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership in managing client relationships and developing staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive tax and business advisory services for closely held businesses, specializing in Individuals, Partnerships, and S Corporations. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition. Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff to enhance technical and professional skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and Controllers. Review and improve tax service procedures to increase efficiency and quality. Manage multiple projects and engagement teams across diverse clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required). CPA certification (required). Master’s in Accounting or Tax (preferred). 5–10 years of public accounting experience in a tax environment with varied client exposure. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
