Are you a seasoned Labor & Delivery professional ready to take on a leadership role? Do you have a passion for guiding and supporting a dedicated team in a dynamic healthcare environment? Our healthcare partner is seeking an experienced L&D Director to lead their team and ensure exceptional care for mothers and babies.

As the L&D Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Labor & Delivery unit, which includes 3 Labor Suites and 7 Mother/Baby rooms. You will lead a team of 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.

Provide leadership and direction to the Labor & Delivery team
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Implement and monitor patient care plans
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for staff and patients
Certifications required: Fetal heart monitoring, Stable, NRP, ACLS, and BLS
Need 5 years of experience as a staff RN and 2 years of experience as a Director
