CT Tech - Equiliem

Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform routine computed tomography (CT) procedures while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff. This position requires adherence to safety standards, imaging protocols, and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.


Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  
  
• Prepare and position patients for CT examinations while ensuring patient comfort and safety
  
  
• Operate CT imaging equipment and maintain image quality standards
  
  
• Review images for accuracy and completeness prior to submission for interpretation
  
  
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately in the electronic medical record system
  
  
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures at all times
  
  
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
  
  
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any operational concerns promptly
  
  
• Provide compassionate and professional patient interaction throughout all procedures
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
  
  
• Current BLS certification required
  
  
• Current ARRT certification required
  
  
• NJDEP license required prior to start date
  
  
• Experience performing all routine CT procedures required
  
  
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred
  
  
• Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled
  
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
  
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  
  

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience required
  
  
• First-time travelers accepted
