Family Nurturing Program Success Coach

Hispanic Unity of Florida, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to support families through the Family Strengthening Program. You will perform initial assessments to identify risks and protective factors and create a Family Nurturing Plan for each family. The role includes facilitating sessions, conducting case management, and coordinating follow-ups to help families meet program goals.
