We are looking to hire an accomplished real estate attorney with five to ten years of relevant experience. Your Role Legal Advice: Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Collaboration: Partner with developers, investors, lenders, and commercial tenants to understand client objectives, provide legal advice and ensure client satisfaction. Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments. Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to all applicable real estate, title, and zoning laws/regulations. Relationship Management: Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development.
