The Role

Keep our recruitment engine running at full speed — owning ATS administration, candidate database health, and TA reporting so the team can focus on hiring great people.

What you will be doing

• You'll own day-to-day administration and hygiene across multiple ATS platforms (including Ashby ), keeping pipelines clean, candidate data accurate, and requisitions up to date.
• You'll grow into the team's Ashby subject matter expert — building automations, workflows, and documentation that reduce manual effort and make the whole TA function sharper.
• You'll manage and optimise the global candidate database, ensuring GDPR compliance, strong data quality, and well-structured talent pools ready to activate.
• You'll produce regular TA reports covering pipeline activity, time-to-hire , and source effectiveness — keeping the team and stakeholders informed with clean, consistent data.
• You'll keep job advert templates, recruitment trackers, and shared documentation accurate, on-brand, and easy to use.
• You'll support TA projects end-to-end — tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholder input, and helping roll out new tools and processes.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience administering an ATS — you understand pipeline hygiene, data integrity, and what good looks like across a busy recruitment operation.
• Proven ability to work with data and produce clear, accurate reports that non-technical stakeholders can actually use.
• A track record of managing and segmenting candidate databases with a strong eye for GDPR and privacy compliance.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously and building process documentation others can follow.
• Ashby experience is a real advantage — or demonstrated ability to become a power user of a new platform quickly.
• Someone who communicates directly, takes accountability seriously, and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
