Associate Sales Rep, Wound Reconstruction & Care - New Jersey
Integra LifeSciences Corporation
Associate Sales Representative position supporting Integra's wound reconstruction and skin care product lines across hospital operating rooms and post-acute care settings in South Jersey. Role involves account development, case coverage, and revenue growth with potential advancement to full Account Manager territory after 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new account opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
- Provide operating room case coverage and customer service for assigned accounts
- Support Account Manager in achieving revenue targets and sales quota
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
- Ensure compliance with Corporate policies, Advamed Code of Conduct, and Sunshine Act requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- 1-2 years outside sales, B2B sales, healthcare, or allied health background
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to work in operating room environments
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel occasionally including weekends and overnight stays
- Residence in or ability to relocate to South Jersey territory
