Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Chicago, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $62 per hour
Total Travel Package: $2,878.00/week
- Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *
Taxable Wages = $820.00/week
Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,414.00/week
Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week
Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,673.00
Schedule:
40 hours/week, 5x8 hour shifts
8:00AM to 4:30PM
Monday - Friday (No weekends!)
Duration:
- 13 Weeks (Likely extension)
Requirements:
2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Inpatient and outpatient experience
IL PT License, BLS
ASAP Start
