Your Role Awaits

• Assess patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and develop tailored treatment strategies for each individual
• Implement physical therapy techniques that enhance mobility, build strength, boost balance, and improve overall function
• Cooperate with a diverse team of nurses, doctors, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation experts to achieve optimal results
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise routines
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborative meetings to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Licenses and Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology, geriatrics) are advantageous but not mandatory

Essential Skills

• Prior experience is strongly preferred
