Leasing Manager

Responsibilities Support the Property Manager in cultivating a motivated, high-performing team. Lead by example through professional communication, integrity, and a results-driven mindset. Promote a friendly, service-oriented office environment that prioritizes resident satisfaction. Drive leasing efforts to achieve and maintain target occupancy (goal: 99%). Implement and monitor leasing goals, renewal programs, and resident retention strategies. Conduct outreach marketing on campus and with local businesses. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, university contacts, and the broader community. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management software. Assist in achieving NOI targets through effective leasing and cost management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata. Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
