On-Site Community Manager - Leasing & Operations

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all phases of the operation, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, develop yearly operating budgets, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and implement leasing strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
