Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Client requires clinicians able to work 5x8 schedule and provide skilled PT services consistent with SNF standards. Documentation competency with electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30-16:30. Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
