Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure food safety and hygiene. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of kitchen supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests. Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and kitchen equipment. Participate in daily prep work and assist in menu development as needed. Support the kitchen team during peak service times to ensure timely delivery of meals. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time.
