Right patient, right place, right time.Position: Senior Warehouse TechnicianShift: 1st shift (Start time between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM; assigned schedule subject to change based on business needs)Pay: $25.00 - $27.40 per hour, based on experienceThe ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within a cold chain, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical environmentStrong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operationsExperience organizing and processing both domestic and international shipmentsAbility to monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availabilityExperience using handheld scanners, warehouse management systems, and power equipmentStrong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing shipping documentation and order accuracyAbility to investigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesKnowledge of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a strong safety cultureExperience conducting equipment inspections, including pallet jacks and other warehouse equipmentAbility to maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory, cleaning activities, and equipment maintenanceDemonstrated experience supporting equipment maintenance, calibration schedules, and preventive maintenance programsAbility to maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environmentExperience training, onboarding, or providing guidance to warehouse team membersAbility to assist with workflow planning, task prioritization, packaging, and conditioning activitiesCustomer service mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh sense of urgency with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environmentFlexible and adaptable to support operational and customer needsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 20 and 80 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and perform warehouse activities for extended periodsAbility to work in temperature-controlled and cold chain environmentsOur excellent benefits packages includes:Affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage available beginning on your 30th day PTO program for all associates, including paid holidays and vacation 401(k) with generous company match Tuition reimbursement program Excellent training and career advancement opportunities
