We’re seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor telemetry data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient treatment delivery.

Requirements

✅ Active Tennessee RN license (required)
✅ Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required)
✅ Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience
✅ Must be flexible to float within skill set and work weekends
