Senior Corporate Counsel, Agentic Commerce Experiences

Amazon is looking for a talented senior lawyer to support a team building agentic shopping experiences to delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a team focused on building exceptional and innovative customer experiences.You will lead and negotiate complex transactions and develop strategies for handling key legal issues in creative, business-centric ways.Key job responsibilities- Independently draft, structure, and negotiate complex commercial and transaction agreements- Manage multiple deals at once, moving each from start to close- Advise on complex issues, including privacy and other regulatory matters- Provide day-to-day, customer-focused advice- Work effectively across business, department, and cross-functional stakeholdersAbout the teamAmazon is a leader in global e-commerce. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
