School Bus Driver (Part Time) Location: Hudson, MA. Company: NRT Bus, Inc. Pay & Schedule Pay: $36 (Effective 8/24/26) Paid Training: $20/hour Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (Effective 8/24/26) Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours Why Drive with NRT Paid CDL training – no experience required Attendance bonuses + referral bonus program Consistent hours, consistent pay Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Part‑time benefits package: dental, vision, 401(k), and more Supportive, safety‑first work environment Make a real impact in your local community What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events Drive assigned local routes Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain – we train!) Valid DOT medical card – or ability to obtain one Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check & drug screening Effective communication in English (spoken & written) Ideal Candidates Retirees & former professionals – use leadership skills to manage a mobile environment without corporate stress.
