Machine Operator

Join a dynamic startup environment as a Machine Operator, where you will play a crucial role in assisting with the setup and operation of new machinery in a steel extrusion facility. • Assist in the assembly and operation of new machinery.
• Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning tools, dies, and molds.
• Operate machinery for steel extrusion processes.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
• Operate sit-down forklifts safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in machine operating within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery operations.

• Experience in general labor and production assembly.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to adapt and perform various tasks in a startup facility.

The work environment is non-temperature controlled and can be greasy and dirty. The role requires standing, stooping, and lifting, offering a hands-on experience in a dynamic and evolving setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Robinsonville, MS.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
