As a Senior Product Associate within the Core Experience team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Job responsibilities Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and shape feature opportunities Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics (e.g., time-to-deliver, cost, quality) across the product development life cycle Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Synthesize customer feedback and research findings into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to roadmap outcomes Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage dependencies, readiness, and delivery milestones across the life cycle Support post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement by surfacing insights, defining follow-ups, and tracking impact Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Ability to translate customer needs and research into clear requirements, epics, and user stories Ability to define, monitor, and communicate product performance using meaningful metrics and insights Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, engineering, data, operations) to deliver outcomes Ability to think end-to-end about product changes, anticipating impacts across channels, journeys, and stakeholders Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills User research (journey mapping, market analysis) to inform roadmaps Structured problem solving; agile delivery with engineering (build/launch/iterate) Experimentation & optimization (A/B tests, measurement); track delivery + customer outcome metrics Strong writing (requirements, updates); support GTM (release planning, enablement, docs, feedback loops) #J-18808-Ljbffr JPMorgan Chase & Co.
