Champion the design vision and lead strategic initiatives across the enterprise. Stay current with design industry trends and continuously improve skills. Share expertise and mentor team members to elevate design standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, fostering strong communication and teamwork. Travel internationally as needed and adapt to diverse working conditions. Advance design practices, standards, and processes within the organization. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading design teams and delivering impactful, human-centered solutions. Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced design deliverables and approaches. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic design initiatives. Willingness to travel internationally.
