As a Client Relationship Representative , you will serve as an important point of connection between Strive Global and our clients. You will help create a positive client experience by understanding individual needs, providing accurate information, maintaining professional communication, and supporting long-term relationships. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Communicate clearly and professionally regarding services, questions, and client needs. Assist clients in identifying solutions that align with their goals. Provide timely and accurate information throughout the client experience. Follow up with clients and maintain consistent communication. Work closely with internal team members to ensure a smooth client experience. Maintain organized and accurate client records. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
