For 97 years, The Seeing Eye-the world's first dog guide school-has helped people who are blind or visually impaired gain greater independence, dignity, and confidence through the partnership of Seeing Eye® dogs. From our beautiful Morristown, NJ campus and state of the art breeding station, our dedicated team supports the training of about 275 dog guide teams each year.

As a Kennel Assistant, you'll play a hands on role in preparing these remarkable dogs for their future work. If you love dogs, enjoy active days, and want to be part of something truly meaningful, this is a rare opportunity to make a difference.

What You'll Do
• Exercise dogs in supervised playgroups
• Support the physical and emotional well being of our dogs
• Assist with feeding, bathing, and basic medical care, including helping clinic staff with medications
• Provide daily care for 24+ dogs
• Maintain clean, safe kennel environments-indoors and outdoors
• Pitch in with additional tasks to ensure exceptional care for every dog

What We're Looking For
• Prior experience in a kennel, barn, or veterinary setting is helpful, but a love of dogs and a strong work ethic are just as important
• Someone who thrives in a physically active, team oriented environment
• Reliability, compassion, and a commitment to high quality animal care
