Required Skills:

– Skilled in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric blood draws – Ability to perform error-free work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment – Excellent customer service skills to foster trust and comfort with patients – Accurate and confident specimen collection and processing – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks

Additional Skills & Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required – Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) – Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic background preferred – Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred – Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Experience in customer service or retail environment is a plus
