Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Location: Ohio

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, providing critical support to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Perform initial assessments and prioritization of care based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio or a compact state, with the license in hand at the time of submission.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
