Position: IT Process Engineer

Location: 100% REMOTE (Memphis, TN)

Interview mode: Video Interview

Terms: 18 – 24 months Contract

Note: Experience with PowerApps could be an additional valuable skill that might really help with getting an interview for this role.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE FLAWLESS ENGLISH
• 5+ years developing and maintaining clear process documentation using tools like swimlane diagrams, RACI matrices, and SIPOC charts.
• 5+ years identifying inefficiencies, apply Lean methodologies, and implement automation to streamline operations.
• 4+ years analyzing process performance using data to drive improvements and enhance efficiency.
• 5+ years aligning process changes with business goals and ensure smooth implementation.
• 4+ years managing multiple process improvement projects, prioritize tasks, and leverage tools like Jira, SharePoint, and Power Apps for execution.

Ideal Candidate

• Someone that can define the vision.
• Be able to draft detailed description of what the processes will achieve and how it aligns with the company's goals.
• Gather feedback: Share the vision with key stakeholders, including team members, managers, and customers, to gather their input and perspectives.
• Incorporate feedback: Analyze the feedback received and make necessary adjustments to the vision to ensure it is comprehensive and achievable.
• Refine the vision: Finalize the vision document, ensuring it is clear, concise, and aligned with the overall company strategy.
• Communicate the vision: Present the refined vision to all relevant stakeholders and ensure they understand and support it.
