About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing team in Jupiter. This is a key support role that keeps the office running smoothly and helps our team stay productive. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy multitasking, and have a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room usage
- Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Organize travel arrangements/weekly calendar
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
