Inside Sales Representative

What You Will Be Doing Handle a mix of inbound leads (people already requesting quotes) and outbound sales outreach Make 30–60 phone calls per day to potential and existing customers Learn customer needs and help translate them into accurate quotes and solutions Follow up on open opportunities and help move deals forward Use a CRM system (HubSpot) to manage your pipeline What We Need From You 1–4 years of sales experience (B2B or manufacturing experience preferred) Someone comfortable working toward quotas and tracking performance Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Quick learner who can understand technical products and processes Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus) Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Manufacturing industry/technical product sales experience The Perks You’d join a small but growing sales team as only the 3rd Sales Rep, so there’s a good chance to grow with the company. Leadership plans to expand the team and eventually create more specialized roles like Account Management or Business Development. You’ll work directly with experienced leadership, including the VP of Sales and CEO, which can accelerate learning and visibility.
