Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Corona, CA , with occasional travel within the Inland Empire region (Riverside and San Bernardino counties). Availability on evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals
• Recruitment & Onboarding : Partner with talent acquisition to recruit and onboard top sales talent
• Training & Development : Conduct ongoing training sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to ensure skill development
• Performance Management : Track KPIs, provide coaching, and implement strategies to maximize individual and team results
• Reporting & Forecasting : Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports to leadership
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and an excellent customer experience
• Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience : 3-5 years of sales management experience (home improvement, retail, or high-volume consumer sales preferred)
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Analytical Ability : Strong data orientation with experience managing performance metrics and KPIs
• Communication : Clear, confident communicator who can inspire trust and align diverse teams
• Tech Savvy : Proficient with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and sales tech tools
• Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Inland Empire region is a plus
• Licensing : Must maintain any sales licenses required by California state law
