Job Duties

• Equipment: Dry Van trailers
• Freight: No-touch freight; drop-and-hook unloading
• Route Type: Local, within a 200-mile radius
• Schedule: MondayFriday with varying start times between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM (start time provided the day prior); weekend work available
• Drive Time: Travel as far as 5.5 hours to ensure return to the home terminal daily

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear
• MVR 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

What You Will Do

As a CDL A Shuttle Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

The CDL A Shuttle Driver is responsible for operating vehicles safely while transporting products and materials according to established schedules and delivery requirements. This position requires sound judgment, strong driving skills, and a commitment to protecting people, cargo, and equipment. Successful CDL A Shuttle Driver candidates understand the importance of vehicle inspections, transportation safety, and maintaining accurate records throughout the delivery process. Adaptability and professionalism help drivers respond effectively to changing road conditions and customer needs. This role provides an opportunity to work independently while supporting reliable transportation and logistics operations.
