3 Months Contract (Temp to hire)
Mon -Fri (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Looking for someone who can make decision on his/her own, confident. open mindedness, leadership skills, time management, organizational skills, teamwork, technical savvy, communication. Ability to multitask and manage time to handle multiple assignments over the course of the day and keeping requestors in the loop. Having a flexible schedule to come in early/stay late when needed based on the daily task. Have experience working in a law firm is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a small to medium-sized office services site.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate a small team of employees.
• Oversee print, copy, mail, courier, hospitality, imaging, and document services.
• Prioritize multiple assignments while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer concerns, resolve operational issues, and identify process improvements.
• Prepare reports, customer presentations, and operational reviews.
• Monitor staffing levels and assign work based on production demands.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and support career development.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders, pricing, and invoicing.
• Ensure quality standards, productivity goals, and compliance requirements are achieved.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in office services, operations, customer service, or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience working in a law firm is a plus
