If you enjoy building relationships and helping seniors maintain their independence, Southfield Village Assisted Living is the place for you. Our caregivers provide compassionate support in a warm, home-like environment where every interaction makes a difference.

Schedule: Part-Time Days 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Pay $19.46–$21.74/hour +$1.50/hour weekend differential

Consistent part-time schedule

What You'll Do

Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
Encourage independence while providing compassionate support
Help residents with morning routines and daily activities
Observe and communicate changes in residents' well-being
Build meaningful relationships that enhance residents' quality of life

Qualifications

Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Caring, dependable, and resident-focused
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for helping older adults live with dignity and independence
