Parts Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator at our New Hampshire branch whose primary responsibility will be the inside sales of a wide variety of mobile equipment truck parts from many different OEMs and aftermarket suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in a parts department environment, bringing strong inventory knowledge and excellent communication skills to our team. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Entry Looking up parts online Ordering parts online for many different OEMs Receiving customer calls Prioritizing a large amount of orders based on level of importance Coordinating parts availability with shop and road mechanics Customer Service background Fielding and responding to customer calls Researching multiple manufacturer part numbers

REQUIREMENTS:

Customer service-driven attitude Effective phone and communication skills Ability to multi-task accordingly Solid negotiating capabilities Solid problem solving and trouble‑shooting skills Ability to maintain a clean and clear work area Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Results driven
