We're looking for an educator who can create an engaging, structured classroom where preschoolers build confidence, independence, friendships, and important early learning skills through purposeful play and hands-on experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with classroom support teachers and center leadership Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment Follow Maryland childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications Must meet Maryland requirements to serve as a qualified Preschool Teacher High school diploma or GED required Previous professional preschool, daycare, childcare, or early childhood experience preferred CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus Strong classroom management and communication skills Dependable, nurturing, energetic, and team-oriented Ability to meet all applicable Maryland childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive pay of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Consistent full-time Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership and collaborative teaching environment Opportunities for continued professional growth and advancement This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
