Global VP, People Partnerships & Talent Strategy
Rocket Software
Rocket Software seeks a seasoned VP, People Business Partners to lead the global PBPs and shape the talent agenda that aligns with Rocket's strategic goals. You will drive organizational design, workforce analytics, and leadership development to strengthen performance and agility across the enterprise. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role partners with executives to scale talent solutions, influence strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.
