Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active/Unrestricted Medical License
• Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine
• Education Required: Doctorate
• Experience: 5-7 years Residency Training Required
• License and Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
