The ideal candidate will possess outpatient experience and be ready to deliver exceptional care to patients. The role requires managing a caseload while maintaining a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week (approximately 12‑14 patients per day, with double‑booking for follow-up visits). Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs. Create and implement effective treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic cases. Ensure high‑quality patient care and achieve productivity targets. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
