Extrusion Operator
Partners Personnel
Extrusion Machine OperatorSet up and prepare extrusion machinery for operation by loading raw materials and adjusting equipment settings based on product specificationsOperate extrusion machines to produce plastic or metal products according to established standards and guidelinesMonitor the extrusion process closely, making real-time adjustments to equipment settings to maintain product quality and output efficiencyConduct regular quality checks on products being produced to ensure they meet required specifications and standardsTroubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues or malfunctions that may arise during the production process to minimize downtimeCollaborate with the production team to coordinate material supply and ensure a steady flow of raw materials to the extrusion machinesMaintain accurate production records, including product counts, machine settings, and maintenance activities, to track productivity and identify opportunities for improvementComply with all safety guidelines and protocols to create a safe working environment and minimize workplace hazardsAssist in training new team members on the operation and maintenance of extrusion equipment
